Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless noted otherwise. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control and any estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Two Fish Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, packages marked as delivered, weather-related delays, or orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help with next steps. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.
